A MOLLE compatible medic pouch which can be torn away from its mounted position

This medic pouch attaches to MOLLE but can be torn-away/ripped off due to the Hook & Loop panel on the rear. This allows the pouch to be laid down in front of you for better access or even thrown to someone else. The quick release buckle conveniently positioned on the top ensures total security and ensures the pouch will never come off until you want it to. Internal elastic loops allow you to secure a wide range of medical gear in an organised manner.
